    i love animals so for our wedding favors we are going to make a donation to our local animal shelter, i was thinking of getting little cute cards with some type of animal theme to them and placing them at every seat with a little note saying we dontated on their behalf to a animal shelter, but holding the card we going to purchase little dog bone paperclips to hold them together...i am also buying my other gifts (bridemaids,etc) gifts at the same place..(theanimalrescuesite.com) because they donate to shelters and more.. so what do u think??

    Thats a very unique idea...
    it's ur wedding, do the favors that u want. and don't listen to anything negative from people if they say otherwise!

    I love animals too and I think it's a great idea. To save $, i would order business cards from vistaprint.com They have very cheap and good quality business cards and you can design one with any animal images from their own library, do a thank you message and add a wedding design from their site as well. Check out Oriental Trading -- they have wonderful animal trinkets for a very reasonable price. I'd choose the masks. People love to pretend and the masks would be a great ice breaker and their very inexpensive. Good luck and have a fantastic wedding!! Love, Lise'

    I us vistaprint all of the time, they are great and affordable. Once you become a customer they offer many discounts and free things. Love your idea, good luck!

    That's a great idea. I love animals & donate all the time to animal shelters. It's your day do as you like. Keep that in mind. If your geust have a problem with it o well. The day isn't for them & they should be happy to be there, not worried if they are going home with something or not.
