  1. My wedding is an OUTSIDE wedding June 26th, I need some color ideas. HELP! My theme is simple, but SEXY! My dress is white, simple, and sexy. I am not wearing a vail. I want to wear a flower in my hair, but have no idea what would look elegant. Lets just say I am one of those women that did not grow up dreaming of her wedding, and does not have it all PLANNED OUT! So any suggestions would help. Thanks

  2. Hey! I am also having an outdoor wedding on June 26th! We are getting married in a rose garden. I think the most elegant look is to have your bridesmaids wear black, and just have your colors be bright summer colors in your bouquet. I am having mine in black, and having other details in my wedding black and white. My flowers will be roses in pinks, reds, cream, oranges, etc. I am not having anything besides the flowers be colored in the wedding...it will all be simple, classy black and white. I am also adding a demask print to certain things to tie the theme together..like the invites, on my cake and on details in the centerpieces. These are all shown with only using red, but I am going to use multiple colors of roses. Just some ideas!

  3. I think colors are very personal. Think of how certain colors make you feel. Since you are wearing white, simple, you can have your bridesmaids wear a short, printed dress that cling to their body. The flowers could match the dresses and you can have a mixed white bouquet with an accent flower in the center with maybe a little bling. Depending on your budget and where you are located, you could consult with a wedding planner. They are worth the $2-3,000 and take off a lot of pressure. You could also match your invites by using similar colors and motifs. I think a feather with a flower or diamond hair broach would be elegant and sensual. Your groom should wear a beige or black & white tux.

Here's my pics and ideas. Take a look and let me know how you did.

Good luck and let me know how you do. You may wish to consult a wedding planner who would be quite helpful and take off stress. They are experienced in seeing your vision and worth the $2-3,000.

    Best, Lise'

  4. How about light pastel colors lie yellow, pink and blue?Sounds like a baby shower when I read that back, but they are happy colors that will make people smile.
